Uploads stuck or stalled

Check your internet connection first. Most upload issues come from Wi-Fi drops, VPN interference, or captive-portal Wi-Fi (hotels, airports).

Common causes and fixes:

• Wi-Fi only enabled + on cellular: Toggle Wi-Fi only off in Settings, or connect to Wi-Fi

• App suspended (iOS): Reopen the app to resume background uploads - iOS suspends network work when the app isn't foregrounded

• Weak signal: Move closer to the router or switch networks

• Server outage: Check with Lympik support.

• Failed uploads: Tap the failed video in the library to retry

For 4K uploads: Use Wi-Fi. Cellular uploads of 4K video can be very slow and may exhaust your data plan.
